Service and maintenance is the backbone of FAS and has provided a solid foundation for the growth of the business. FAS can service and maintain a range of fire and voice systems, gas extinguishing systems, sprinklers, portable extinguishers, dry risers, wet risers and associated systems regardless of the manufacturer.
It would be difficult to identify any other system that operates continually, whilst almost unnoticed, and yet, at any moment could be expected to play a vital role in the protection of life, property and equipment. A FAS maintenance contract will provide complete peace of mind for your vital fire systems at a competitive rate.
In line with our ISO9001 quality standards and BAFE SP203 accreditation, all maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures.
BS5839-1:2002 has introduced many new requirements and our procedures and paperwork have been updated as a result, and all engineers have undergone thorough training. Clients receive comprehensive paperwork and reports detailing all work carried out. It is this customer focus, expertise and attention to detail which is key to our company's success.
In addition to scheduled quarterly or bi-annual visits, FAS operates a 24 hour emergency call out service, 365 days a year, for all its clients. For additional peace of mind, we specialise in installing BT RedCARE to provide a secure, monitored link to our nominated alarm receiving centre.
All our engineers are fully trained professionals, well-versed in the corporate culture of quality and customer service. Our combined field experience with electrical and mechanical backgrounds have created a detailed pool of knowledge that covers an extensive range of equipment, both old and new.
